Factori determinan\u021bi <\/h2>\n<p>Pentru a ob\u021bine categoria A, locuin\u021ba trebuie s\u0103 integreze un design coerent \u00een toate etapele sale: proiect arhitectural, selec\u021bia materialelor, execu\u021bia lucr\u0103rilor \u0219i instala\u021biile.<\/p>\n<p>Nu este suficient\u0103 o singur\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103, ci este nevoie de o abordare holistic\u0103. Ace\u0219tia sunt principalii factori care influen\u021beaz\u0103: <\/p>\n<h3>1. \u00cenveli\u0219 termic de \u00eenalt\u0103 performan\u021b\u0103<\/h3>\n<p>\u00cenveli\u0219ul este ansamblul elementelor care separ\u0103 interiorul de exterior (fa\u021bade, acoperi\u0219uri, podele, ferestre).
