    A wellness area with two hot and cold jacuzzis and a shower, a barbecue area equipped with a sink and tables, a sun terrace with sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas, a communal washing line and Wi-Fi.

    Is the kitchen fully fitted?

    Yes. The fitted kitchen features a quartz worktop, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, an extractor hood, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. It also includes fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms, which are lined and fitted with drawers.

    What is its energy rating?
