Our Valencia office is located at 139 Avenida de Pérez Galdós, in the L’Olivereta district. This is where the teams managing our new-build developments in the city and its metropolitan area are based, so in a single visit you can sort out what would take weeks over the phone: which properties are still available, at what price, with what specifications and what financing options.
The office itself houses the model display room and our five show flats, so you can go from looking at the plans to walking through the property without having to leave the building.

By metro
Metrovalencia lines 1, 2, 3, 5 and 9 run through the three nearby stations. The most convenient is Avinguda del Cid, a six-minute walk away, served by lines 3, 5 and 9. Túria (lines 1 and 2) is ten minutes away, and Àngel Guimerà, which serves all five lines, is thirteen minutes away.
How to get there by car
The office does not have visitor parking. If you’re driving, the best option is to leave your car in one of the public car parks on Avenida de Pérez Galdós itself, just a few minutes’ walk from number 139, and walk the rest of the way. Allow a few extra minutes: it’s a central, very busy area.
And if you have a choice, the underground and the bus will drop you off closer without any detours.

- Work out the figures for your specific situation. What deposit you’ll need, what your monthly repayments would be, and what the current terms are. You’ll leave the office knowing whether the development fits your budget.
- Reserve a property. Once you’ve made your decision, you can finalise the reservation and sign the contract right here in this office.

What documents should I bring to my first visit?
Nothing. The first visit is to view plans, scale models and properties, and you don’t need to bring anything for that. The paperwork comes into play when you decide to book, and at that point we’ll tell you exactly what’s required.
Can I visit outside office hours?
