This is where the teams managing our new-build developments in the province of Castellón are based, so it’s the place where you can see everything at a glance: floor plans, specifications, availability and financing, all at the same desk and with someone who knows every building inside out.
It’s also where we have three show flats for our Castellón developments, right here in the building itself. You can go from looking at a floor plan to walking through the property without even stepping outside.
We cater for first-time buyers, those moving house and those investing in the province.

What you can do if you come to see us
At our offices, practically everything can be sorted in a single visit. This isn’t just a stop-off point: the teams managing the developments in the province of Castellón are based here, which means the person assisting you is familiar with the building you’re enquiring about. When you visit, you can:
- View the three show flats without leaving the building. They’re all at the same address as the office, so you can go from looking at a floor plan to walking through the property in a matter of minutes. You can check the actual floor area, finishes and layout before making any decisions.
- Compare developments side by side. Floor plans, specifications, orientations and completion dates for everything we have in Castellón, all laid out next to one another. It’s hard to get a proper idea of this from a website.
- Check availability and actual prices. See which flats are left in each development, on which floor and facing which direction – updated daily.
- Review the financing options. We’ll explain the terms on offer and what your monthly repayment would be, so you can work out if the project suits you before going ahead.
- Book or sign. If you’ve made up your mind, you can complete the process right here. There’s no need to go anywhere else.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the office?
No. You can pop round to Carrer de Moyano, 8 during our opening hours and we’ll be happy to help you. In fact, coming in person is one of the ways to book a viewing of a property or a show flat.
Can I view a show flat without an appointment?
To view a show flat, it’s best to book an appointment in advance to ensure someone is available to show it to you at your leisure. You can book one by phone, via WhatsApp, using the form on this page, or by popping into the office.
Where can I park if I’m coming by car?
We have a reserved space in the car park at 18 Calle Herrero, just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Let us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp and we’ll have it ready for you. Please note that the office is in a pay-and-display zone, so on-street parking is subject to a charge.
What documents should I bring to my first visit?
You don’t need to bring anything for your first visit. You can come and view the developments, the floor plans and the show flats without bringing any documents.
Can I visit outside office hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm and on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. We’re closed on Sundays.
In which languages can I be assisted at this office?
We usually provide service in Spanish. If you speak another language, please let us know when you get in touch: we work with international teams and can also assist you in English, French, Polish, Russian or Ukrainian, amongst others.
Who will assist me at the Castellón office?
Almudena Martínez Guerra, sales director for Castellón, leads a team of seven sales advisers. When you book an appointment, we’ll assign you to the person handling the promotion you’re interested in, so you’ll always speak to someone who knows it inside out.
